SocialScoreKeeper launches private live streaming for Fan Clubs
Parents can now stream their child's games live to their private Fan Club using any RTMP-compatible device. Streams are tied to specific games and recordings save automatically.
SocialScoreKeeper now streams your child's games privately β to your Fan Club, and no one else.
Parents can share a child's game in real time with family far away β privately, to your circle only, without ever looking up from the game.
What makes it different
App-agnostic
Use any RTMP-compatible device or app β a free smartphone streaming app, an XBOTGO Chameleon, a GoPro Hero 13.
Game-bound
Credentials are game-specific. The stream ties to that game β just like photos and videos from the in-app camera.
Private only
Visible only to your Fan Club β not public broadcasting like YouTube. No strangers can watch.
Auto-archive
Recordings automatically save to the game gallery 2-3 minutes after stream ends, organized forever.
The secondary-device philosophy
Your main phone should stay focused on the game and your child.
A secondary device (another smartphone with free RTMP app, sports camera, or action camera) handles the streaming so you stay fully present.
This keeps you managing the scoreboard, chatting with fans, and watching your child play β not fiddling with streaming settings.
Secondary device options
- Another smartphone with any free RTMP app (Larix, Prism Live, CameraFi Live)
- Sports cameras like XBOTGO Chameleon with auto-tracking
- Action cameras like GoPro Hero 13
- Professional encoders for advanced users
Don't have a secondary device? No problem β use the in-app camera for instant photo and video uploads.
How it works
Generate credentials
In your child's game, tap the camera icon β "Live Stream" β "Get Your Stream Details"
Enter on your device
Copy the Server Address and Stream Key into your RTMP app or camera settings
Start streaming
Set secondary device on tripod, point at field, and tap "Go Live"
Your family is watching
Fans get notifications and watch live in SocialScoreKeeper. Recording saves automatically after stream ends.
Who is this for?
This feature is perfect for families with:
Distant grandparents
Who want to watch their grandchild's games live from across the country
Working parents
Who miss games but want to tune in during breaks
Extended family
Aunts, uncles, and family friends who care about this child
Camera owners
Who already own sports cameras and want to use them for family connection
Privacy-first, always
Unlike YouTube or Facebook Live, SocialScoreKeeper streams are designed for private family circles, not public audiences.
What we are
- β Private to your Fan Club only
- β Family-focused streaming
- β Game-specific and organized
- β Permission-controlled access
What we're not
- β Not public broadcasting
- β Not searchable or discoverable
- β Not team-wide streaming
- β Not content creation for strangers
This aligns with our core mission: private family connection during the formative years, not public content creation.

Getting started
Live streaming is part of the Fan Club experience β set up from inside a game by the ScoreKeeper running it. Here's what you need to know:
If your stream gets interrupted
Each streaming session gets its own stream details. If your stream stops or gets interrupted (lost connection, battery died, etc.), open the game and tap "Get Your Stream Details" again to keep going.
Each session's recording saves to the game gallery automatically, so nothing is lost.
Multiple streamers welcome
Multiple people set up to stream can each generate their own credentials and stream at once. Great for different camera angles or a backup stream.
